SceneryBox is a download platform of photoreal sceneries for Microsoft® Flight Simulator X. SceneryBox products are split in two main categories: First Class for VFR flights, and Business class for IFR flights. All products are derived from aerial photographs. Runways, taxiways and aprons of the 342 French airports from FSX were all well repositioned in order to match with the aerial photograph.
Aerial photographs contain some kind of fog, due to the capture. We designed a technology that removes this fog and shows enhanced contrasts. More than 6500km of sea shore was redrawn, plus, most large water areas were also processed to be navigable.
